The Quality Coordination Office, which oversees the quality assurance activities of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Balıkesir University, is responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving quality systems. Through close collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders and the continuous evaluation of processes, the institution’s quality culture is systematically strengthened.
